How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Open the App Store on your iPhone → tap your profile photo → Subscriptions → GetTRIX → Cancel Subscription.
My child's TRIX were reset unexpectedly.
If TRIX Carryover is turned off in Family Settings, tokens reset automatically at the start of each week. Toggle it on to keep balances across weeks.
I lost access to the app after signing out.
Sign in with the same email you used to create your family. If you set up biometric login, enable it again in Profile → Security after signing in.
Can I add more than one child on the free plan?
The free plan supports 1 child. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited children, rewards, and family members.
I didn't receive the family invite email.
Check your spam folder for an email from [email protected]. If it's not there, ask the family admin to resend the invite from Family Settings.
